Tasting in Masseria
Afternoon: Visit the historical centers of Locorotondo and Cisternino
Dinner in Cisternino with meat to cooker.
MONDAY
Breakfast.
Bike tour in the Park of the coastal dunes and visit of a fortified farm with olive oil underground mill.
Tasting in the farm.
Afternoon: Visit of Ostuni, the White City.
Ostuni dinner in a typical restaurant.
TUESDAY

Cooking lesson: "the art of cooking with ... We learn to do the Apulian orecchiette".
Lunch with fresh orecchiette.
Afternoon: visit to a winery in the Itria Valley to discover the art of winemaking on site.
Wine tasting and tasting.

Visit the Caves of Castellana.
Lunch in a farm with typical products.

You will learn the culinary secrets of a region deeply rich of South Italy.
