Description
MONDAY
Arrival and welcome in a comfortable accommodation equipped with spaces and services for your family.
Afternoon: relaxing walk through the old streets of the old town of Martina Franca, known as the pearl of the Baroque. Depending on arrival time you have the opportunity to visit the historic center of one of the other two towns in the Valle d'Itria: Cisternino and Locorotondo.
Dinner at one of the taverns most characteristic of the country.
TUESDAY
Morning: Bike tour to discover the park of the Coastal Dune, one of the most beautiful sights of Puglia for the expanses of fields under cultivation, olive groves and farms from the hill that stretches to the Adriatic Sea. The park offers to the visitor a succession of various ecosystems characterized by fauna and flora typical of the Mediterranean.
Lunch in a farm of the park.
Afternoon: workshop in nature or the laboratory of taste in the beautiful surroundings of the Park of the Coastal Dune.
Dinner: Light dinner or tasting local products in one of the rural structures.
WEDNESDAY
Morning: Walk in the old town of Ostuni, also known as the "White City", and visit to the Museum of Southern Murgia Pre-Classical.
Lunch at one of the restaurants most evocative of the old town.
Afternoon: you reach an adventure park that offers more than 21 courses and many activities in the woods suitable for both children and adults. Trekking, archery, paths from the trees to yoga are some of the examples of activities that the park offers its guests.
Dinner at the hotel with culinary specialties.
THURSDAY
Morning: fun at a water park in Puglia with water games and plenty of entertainment for adults.
Lunch at the amusement park.
Afternoon: walk in the nearby Monopoli.
Dinner: ice cream at one of the most famous confectioners of Puglia or aperitif in one of the most picturesque squares of Monopoli.
FRIDAY
Bike tour on the cycle route of the Puglia Aqueduct to discover the most beautiful corners of the Valle d'Itria, among trulli and farms.
Lunch at the farm with tasting of products of the farm.
Afternoon cooking lesson: "How do the Apulian orecchiette".
Dinner in a typical restaurant in Martina Franca.
SATURDAY
Morning: Visit and entertainment in a theme park in Fasano. Visit the district zoo where you can observe animals from 5 continents.
Lunch at the Park.
Afternoon: Fun in the Park with attractions such as rides, puppet shows, exhibitions, museums and even the 4D cinema.
Dinner in a pub in Fasano.
SUNDAY
Morning horseback ride through the charming streets of the plain of olive trees and, if possible, on the shore of the Adriatic coast.
Lunch at a farm in the area with local products.
Afternoon: free walk cycling in the countryside of the Valle d'Itria.
Dinner in Cisternino to taste the meat to cooker ready.
COOKING LESSON
You will learn the culinary secrets of a region deeply rich of South Italy. Puglia is is the sunny heel of the boot that extends on the two seas, the Adriatic and the Ionian Sea, an agricultural region with plenty of healthy soil, over 50 million olive trees and a fishing tradition still very strong.
Apulia produces some of the foods most genuine on the planet, typical dishes as orecchiette handmade, focaccia Pugliese, panzerotti, the meatballs and more.
