On the east coast of Puglia, in the heart of Salento, a succession of beautiful seaside resorts with a coastline dotted with bays, small beaches, coves, dunes and cliffs, they are the perfect setting for a fun walk in the SUP, in the company of instructors, surrounded by an explosive nature.
What we offer are walking naturaliche to board a SUP board that you can admire the best coastal beauty: crystal clear waters, colorful backdrops are waiting to give you a day at sea worthy of being remembered. After paddling on the beach waiting for you in the company you will find a tasty appetizer prepared by us.

- Departure from the beach where Mamanera and cruising along the coast to Roca Vecchia to admire the ruins Messapian and the Cave of Poetry
- Departure from the beach where Mamanera and cruising up the coast to San Foca to see the Cave of Lovers, and the many small bays
- Departure from the beach of Torre Sant'Andrea to travel the cliff in the direction of Otranto to admire and stand in the numerous ravines
The various types of excursion must be evaluated with the customer depending on the level of difficulty and distance.

For SUP excursions you may want to wear a shirt or lycra, a hat, sunglasses with string, having a water bottle and put sunscreen. All participants are required to present a photo ID at the time of registration; children must be registered by a parent. Excursions every day of the week are organized taking into account the weather and sea conditions. The customer is always responsible for the material and against third parties
