The art of weaving is deeply linked to the places and plants typical of each territory.
The basket is born before weaving and ceramics. The basket is born with man and emancipates him on the other living beings of the earth and makes him reconcile to the hostile nature that surrounds him. In its simplicity, the basket is one of the highest expressions of the processing capacity of the human mind. The art of weaving is the oldest and most widespread technical acquisition of the earth and the intuition of the basket, arises from the observation of natural phenomena, such as the dense intertwining of vegetation in the scrublands, the burrows of the animals, the nests of the birds etc.
The baskets are born from the materials that surround them, and the imprint of their place of origin remains in the baskets between the weaves. We will rediscover the magic of a completely sustainable art, which allows us to create useful and completely biodegradable objects with natural materials, without needing to move raw materials for many kilometers, and which will also give us the opportunity to rediscover and enhance our places.

For the production of baskets and baskets, as raw materials, more suckers are used that grow at the base of the olive or elm trees, or cane or wicker. In order to make the baskets, the olive suckers must be flexible and of a size equal to the size of the basket you want to make. And then there are the spontaneous branches and herbs that we do not know, that we can "taste" with our hands to discover the characteristics of flexibility and strength, and then use them in our baskets.
