Description
If you have always thought of Puglia as the land of "pizzica", we offer you something more: the "Bio-Pizzica". Pizzica is a poem. Pizzica is a song of love between two lovers. "Bio-Pizzica" includes dance, improvisation and relaxation. The movement finds its meaning when it is accompanied by an interior recollection. This activity is very simple and affordable for everyone. Everything will take place in contact with nature. In Bio-Pizzica we explore the order and chaos, expansion and recollection, the yin and yang ... and this pulsation create our dance and we bring forth our strength.
